Use this page to report common area maintenance issues, check responsibility guidelines, and understand what happens after a request is submitted.

What the HOA Maintains

The HOA is responsible for maintaining common areas and shared community assets, including:

Community entrances and signage

Common area landscaping

Irrigation systems

Streets and sidewalks

Community lighting

Fences, walls, and gates in common areas

Amenities (parks, playgrounds, pools, etc.)

Maintenance priorities are based on safety, severity, and available resources.

Emergency Issues

For emergencies that pose an immediate safety risk, please do not use the online form.

What to Expect After You Submit a Request

Once your request is submitted:

  • You’ll receive confirmation that we’ve received your request

  • The issue is reviewed and prioritized

  • A vendor may be assigned if necessary

  • You may be contacted for additional information

  • The issue is resolved as soon as possible

  • Response times vary depending on the nature of the request and vendor availability.
